Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national or regional holidays in Madrid (Spain).
Please contact us prior to purchase if you need to receive your order by a specific date, we will do our best to work with all deadlines.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or other extraordinary circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping rates are preloaded in the shop for easy checkout.
Your order will be delivered to your address by the selected shipping company, depending on the form of shipment you have chosen at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extraordinary circumstances.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You can track & trace your order with your tracking number, which is enclosed in your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Studio Erhart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Studio Erhart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to work out a solution with the shipment carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
