Each candle holder of this set of 8 is different, with beautiful variation of colours, ranging from light to dark, with exotic stripes of ivory, black, and brown.

The horn of each candle holder has been selected by our artisans, who polish each object to bring the natural sheen to the surface, contributing to the unique and luxurious quality of this product.

Horn is a refined material which shows its infinite shades only after an intricate production cycle requiring specific technical skills, treasured by expert craftsmen.

Our horn is ethically sourced from renewable resources, often recycling a “waste” product from other industries.

Because each candle holder is made by hand, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in shape and colour.

By following a few simple guidelines, you can keep your Pampa Tealight Candle Holders looking as shimmering and glossy as the first day.

  • Do not use soap.
  • For additional shine, use a soft cloth sprinkled with a little vegetable oil and wipe over the horn bangles.
  • Do not display horn in direct sunlight, near heat, air-conditioning units, or near windows.

Firstly, thank you for shopping at ​Studio Erhart!

Please note that due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.

However, if you still decide something isn’t for you, simply return it to us in the same condition it was received and we’ll refund the cost of the piece.

Returns

You have ​15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.
