Yes! We ship all over the world from Madrid (Spain). Please note that if you live outside the European Union, customs fees may apply
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number
For Spain, we generally use the Spanish national system Correos. For international orders, we ship with DHL or UPS.
Don't worry, many of our orders are gifts and we never include the price on any of the packages that we ship out!
Yes! We love a personal touch. When placing an order, in the checkout, please include a note and we will happily handwrite it for you and place it in the box. It's free!
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Yes! We offer free delivery and all European Union orders above 400€.
Otherwise, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your location and the products purchased.
Once your order has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in the European Union and 5 to 10 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.

If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your order, you can return it within 90 days of purchase (that's almost 3 months!).
If you would like to request a return, please send us a message with your order number and we will be delighted to handle it.
