That's where mimosas come in. With their delicate, feathery blossoms, these flowers are the epitome of winter elegance.

So, let's start with the basics. First, choose a color palette. Mimosas come in a variety of colors, from soft yellow to deep orange. For this occasion, I’ve picked the yellow ones that wonderfully pair with our saffron PAMPA Dining Sets and our PABLO Dining Sets.

Next, think about the height of your arrangements. You want them to be low enough so that guests can see each other across the table, but tall enough to make a statement.

Next, consider the lighting. Candles are a must for a winter table setting. They add warmth and intimacy to the room. I’ve used some orange candles that perfectly match the yellow of the mimosas and the saffron of the napkins.

Because here's the thing: you don't have to stick to the same colour scheme. The key is to mix and match. Don't be afraid to play with different colours and textures.
